
Early bird, or night owl? Before answering this, you will have to experiment. Hence, I did my experiment. I tried all timings, full night, full day, semi night, semi day. Finally I settled down to the early bird.
This has been working fine so far. I have been productive. Have taken full charge of my health. Plus trying to work on my passion or life projects with whatever time I am left with.
I remember instances when I even switched jobs with night shifts. Thinking it will give me enough room to work on my projects. But on the contrary it did not work that way. Because being awake at night had adverse effects on health.
Also I had to sleep more because I was operating an anti-biological clock. So the body needed more rest. But even after a lot of sleep the head stayed dizzy. Plus there was a constant lack of energy.
Now after many attempts and a lot of experiments, I finally made a switch. Since January 2022 I have become an early bird. I could not be more than happy.
Now I keep my schedule tight with the things that need to be done. I operate as per monthly, weekly and daily plans. They are put into to-do lists. So now it is time to shine and achieve my goals.
