A nice word indeed. We use this word in our day to day life. Everyday. Everywhere.

When there is a perspective, there can be disagreements too. We often have disagreements with our spouses, family members, friends and colleagues.

When there are disagreements in the family you cannot say much. You just reiterate the rules and period. Not stretching it. No valid points or proving that you are right. You just settle it so that it does not escalate.

With colleagues too you can have disagreements. But you have to tread cautiously. Without hurting the feeling. You express your view courteously, at the same time respecting others opinion too.

It is only with friends you express your disagreements strongly. You debate till the end. And then you walk away. Next day you meet with the same smile and zeal. They are your best friends.

Whatever disagreements you have, it does not matter. They do not mind. Even if they mind you do not stop perceiving. Perceiving is fine, judging is bad.
