When I started my professional career, I did not know about my comfort zone. The way I was raised, I was never pushed to achieve more than what I had.

Even in study, my parents did not push me to go that extra mile to do something better. In a nutshell, it was the entire society which was in a comfort zone.

Hence, we were taught to be in our comfort zone and stay mediocre. Once I stepped out of the house, entered the competitive world then I came to know that you will achieve nothing staying in your comfort zone.

You have to make radical decisions. You need to take radical actions to achieve something greater. To make that impact.

Then again once I started working for a marketing agency, living a life paycheck to paycheck. Life became complacent and I went into my comfort zone.

Unhappiness crept in. Slogginess was always there. Then I started reading profusely. I realized that I do not want to come out of my comfort zone.

Finally, I made a choice to rather stay in my comfort zone and die a slow death. Or come out of it and start living a life on my terms and the way I want to.

I am struggling my way up there. I will make it happen come what may.
