Not exactly anything like Sylvester Stallone’s movie ‘Escape’ plan. Also I am not a mercenary engaged in some evacuation plan.

Of late, I have been thinking, planning and working on a ‘Escape Plan’ to avoid this 9 to 5 agency life. After working for many years, It does not bring happiness.

A lot of stress is involved. This is mainly from the client side. Something is always missing. It seems that we are always at the receiving end.

Whatever we do. How much do we do? No sigh of relief. In a portfolio of clients, there is always a client who is troubling.

We cannot do much rather than oblige. Deliver more than you want. It is not about more than expectation. It is more than we think.

This is always one of the sore points. This is the negative side I have shown. Even if we perform better the client is likely to go away.

We are at their helm. It is always at their discretion. They can walk away at any point of time with a 30 day’s notice.

Now at this point in age, it becomes tough to listen to those critical feedbacks. Hence, I have been working on a ‘Escape Plan’ which should allow me to focus on my own stuff without breaking my bank.

I know the speed is a bit slow. But I have to pace it up.

I have to make it happen. It has been sometime now.
